SwimKids is hiring a New VP of Customer Care!

The VP of Customer Care will oversee most of the day-to-day operations at SwimKids and lead the Back Office Manager as well as the Front Office Supervisors. He or she will be responsible for customer service, sales, inventory, and will assist the COO with supply chain management.
Primary responsibilities of the VP of Customer Care:
Hire, train, supervise Back Office Managers
Hire, train, supervise Front Office Managers
Maintain the operations side of the website (Fast Tracks, instructor photos, closure dates, keeping calendars current, addresses, etc)
Coordinate with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to keep all facilities bright and beautiful
Coordinate marketing and operations efforts
Lead monthly Customer Care meetings
Coordinate and lead events
Prepare for and stock new facilities
Prepare and launch Monthly Customer Newsletter
Report directly to the COO
The Job is Full-Time (average of 45 hours per week)
Base pay of $35,000-$45,000. The VP of Customer care is also eligible for bonuses, commissions, PTO and benefits.
