SwimKids is hiring Aquatics Managers for our Pleasant Grove location.

Primary responsibilities of the Regional Aquatics Manager:
The Regional Aquatics Manager will be leading our aquatics team which will likely grow to five year-round facilities by 2020. (Holladay, Kaysville, Pleasant Grove, St. George, and Sandy). Travel between locations is required. Below is a list of expected job responsibilities:
Hire, train and supervise Aquatics Managers
Sub for Aquatics Managers/supervisors as needed
Weekly 1-on-1s with Aquatics Managers
Lead a monthly regional aquatics meeting
Attend weekly management meeting and report on Key Performance Indicators
Write the monthly SwimKids Employee Bulletin
Spend time at each pool observing teaching and supervising- including overseeing training of new instructors and supervisors as needed
In charge of staffing new/seasonal locations
Will work as the Aquatics Manager at new facilities when they open until a permanent Aquatics Manager is hired (Approximately 6 months)
In charge of getting pool equipment/supplies for new facilities
Approves equipment requests for existing facilities
Ensures Aquatics Managers and Supervisors are completing Fast Track report cards correctly
Plans an annual off-site meeting/retreat for all Aquatics Supervisors and Managers
CPO Certified (SwimKids will provide training/course once hired)
Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer
The Job is Full-Time (average of 45 hours per week)
Base pay of $35,000-$45,000. Aquatics Managers are also eligible for bonuses, commissions, PTO and benefits.
